I hear a lot about men being natural-born leaders. Here is the thing - leadership is a skill and even if men have instincts for it, most haven’t practiced it in decades. What they have practiced and become good at is control and domination. And true leadership is about serving, enabling and guiding others. It’s less about asserting authority and more about creating an environment where everyone can thrive. For e.g., the leader of a tribe has to ensure the tribe's survival to be accepted as a leader. If he is only there to boss everyone around while everybody is slowly dying then his tribe will replace him. If we want to know how good men are at leadership then we only need to look at the results shown by the state of our world right now. If anything, women's experiences have allowed them to develop better leadership skills. To conclude, do I think men have the potential to be good leaders? Yes. But are they being good leaders. No. Most of them have a lot of work to do.
Great question, as always! Women have a huge role to play in dismantling our current toxic system that harms everyone. Part of that role is taking responsibility for their part in encouraging it - by identifying and rejecting their own conditioning. Instead of trying to "fix" men, they need to dedicate their energy to personal development, which will naturally repel men with a weak mindset. As the majority of women begin turning their energy inwards, the incentive for men to remain unchanged disappears. I've planned to dedicate an article to this. Let me know your thoughts.
How are you Shubhdeep...I have been worried about the latest Trump innitiative to the Palestinians, which is basically a proposal of surrender. It is rejected from the start, but what concerns me is the resulting carnage that gaza would sustain...!
But anyways, life continues with pain while other concerns remain alive and active, such as the male-female clash.
I call it a clash. It is not temporary. It is not a result of certain actions or perceptions.
I call it Clash as a natural state of being.
The variations of this clash differs from one society to another. There is no standard clash, which is important to bear in mind.
In the three conversations we agreed on the diagnoses, but we may differ on solution outlook.
You did tell him to grow up, and told him that he failed running the show due to his approeach of control rather than respect.
What you are saying basically, the system that has been created in the modern era is failing humanity.
With which i 100 💯 agree.
I therefore, think the only solution is a foundational change in the ways humanity thinks. Interestingly enough, the issue of female, males conflict is at the heart of the foundations.
Your solution is logical, but it is fine tuning for something very massive. We are talking about a paradigm shift, while maintaining technology evolves to the penefits of humanity, rather than corporations.
In this modern time, all are supressed within the sphere of the global politics.
The man is supressed in a certain way. Woman, supressed by tools relevant to her nature. Families are supressed, you can't afford having kids. Societies, nations. All supressed and controlled. The issue is, a paradigm change, to a system based on practiced justice.
And Gazzas genocide is the beginning of this paradigm change. The epitome of injustice of the modern era has been displayed on screens of 2 years. It is coming as far as i can see. And soon. But i could be wrong.
I am good Sati, I hope you are well. I am just as heartbroken over the state of our world. You might find this interesting, but I never planned on writing about gender wars. I was planning on sharing my life lessons. I was planning on writing love stories and stories of friendship. But I realized everyone is so busy trying to control each other that they aren't even looking at their true oppressor, or noticing that they're losing their rights, one after the other. It reminded me of the British policy of "Divide and rule". I am thoroughly convinced that this divide is not a co-incident. It's the foundation for a new kind of slavery. By creating rules that oppress women, they are encouraging women to say no to marriage. This creates "soldiers" who have no other purpose to live for. I need to explore this a bit more before I say anything else. But yes, I agree with you. The gender dynamic will be the foundation of our world. We are all suppressed, I agree. But it may look more complicated than it is. Like another writer on Substack said, to break a wall you just need to break the first brick (Shout-out to Sabi). That's what I hope to achieve. To bring understanding to why we do what we do, and shine a light on where our fears come from. I truly believe resolving this issue, and changing humanity's thinking, isn't as hard as it seems. We just have to see the trick first.
The other day, my son, 25, asked me if i can describe myself in one sentence. At the beginning i was negative, i recovered, and told him son, yes i can answer you : "My life is and driven by my own curiosity, you need to be curious son"
I think your curiosity to why we people behave this way, will keep you in the right path to keep writing about it. Without curiosity life is tasteless and fruitless.
What i find interesting is the ancient wisdom of breaking the first stone in the wall . You win, and i am convinced. I think my logic was twisted a bit. As you know, though, somtimes once you are done with a wall, you will find a new wall ahead... life is funny and tough, but you need to keep trying to break the first stone in any wall.
The question isn’t what men can do to gratify women. It’s about whether men are willing to grow up. It’s about observing themselves, reflecting on the damaging lessons they have been taught, and unlearning them because they are keeping them from becoming their best selves - in other words, coming closer to God. A man who is on this path won’t need a list from a woman. He understands his own role and contribution to the world, and he also sees the full potential and contributions of others, including women. Respect comes naturally. He doesn’t expect a woman to be his mother or carry him. Around him, everyone feels safe to be themselves. When men take responsibility for their own growth, the rest will follow naturally and we can finally build a real connection. I am planning to write more on this. Stay tuned!
On this I agree 100%. No comment.
But a follow up question : What is your opinion on the mans leadership ?
I hear a lot about men being natural-born leaders. Here is the thing - leadership is a skill and even if men have instincts for it, most haven’t practiced it in decades. I like you detailed concise answer, with a smile wearing my face. You concluded that most of them need lots of work to do.
In your opinion , what is the woman's function and role in this environment of Lots of work to do ,to get men fixed ?

This is your words : "To ensure that she understands that her worth is completely reliant on how well she is able to gratify a man".
This is your conclusion. Let us assume it is correct. Which makes me raise the question: What the man can do to be able to gratify a woman...?
Gratification in exchange of Gratification..!
The question isn’t what men can do to gratify women. It’s about whether men are willing to grow up. It’s about observing themselves, reflecting on the damaging lessons they have been taught, and unlearning them because they are keeping them from becoming their best selves - in other words, coming closer to God. This reminded of me of what Kristen Stewart said "Being a woman is a really violent experience."
